I am an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor working with adolescents, adults, and counsellors in supervision. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach shaped by many years of work in schools, the NHS, and specialist counselling services.

Is my counselling confidential?

Sessions are confidential between our clients and us insofar as we am bound by the ethical working practices of the BACP.

What happens if I miss a session?

If sessions are booked and missed without 24 hours’ notice, then we would usually charge the full session fee.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

Clients often ask us what they should do if they feel overwhelmed or at risk between sessions and we always advise them to go to A&E and seek immediate care.
