Is my counselling confidential?

Sessions are confidential between our clients and us insofar as we are bound by the ethical working practices of the BACP.

What happens if I miss a session?

If sessions are booked and missed without 24 hours’ notice, then we would usually charge the full session fee.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

Clients often ask us what they should do if they feel overwhelmed or at risk between sessions and we always advise them to go to A&E and seek immediate care.
